Whoever you are wanting to invest in these days
should have key criteria: Integrity and Passion. Who we are is so
much more valuable than what we know or how we have done what we know.
Warren Buffet says his criteria for investing in anyone is Integrity,
Energy and Intelligence and in this order because, he
notes, without integrity the other two can kill you.
My dream is to leave a legacy
of Wealth in the World that can be a reality for all people. Much
of my passion is a direct evolution of my experiences and work to date
(professionally and personally). In a nutshell, my profession
started in Missouri, as a United Methodist Minister in St. Louis, next a Co-Founder,
Administrator of A Safe Place (24 Bed Residential Rehabilitation Center
for Domestic Violence) in Jefferson County, then Founder/CEO of CJ Watson Medsearch INC (National Health Care Consulting, Executive Search &
Physician Recruitment) based in St. Louis and now Founder/President of
Wellness Without Walls, LLC. out of O'Fallon.
This simple yet solid path
evolves naturally one step at a time to the bigger picture which is the
Mind, Body and Spirit connection or what people are also referring
to Whole Person Health Care and Integral Health. I have utilized
MIT's Learning Organization materials for the past two decades focusing
on Peter Senge's brilliance. I've integrated pieces from The Fifth Discipline, Dance the
Change and The Healthy Company. All of the above are elements of my success and
spade work for Wellness Without Walls today.
